Our skilled and qualified technical staff follow each customer step by step, designing and developing the ideal product for each type of requirement. Whether rings, sleeves, tubes or cardboard cores, we are able to tailor the design to your needs, from concept to production.
Our flexographic printing system allows us to customize your products on demand, printing from one to three colors. From prepress to set-up, every step is performed at our facility, ensuring you have maximum control at every step and a qualitatively perfect result.
Many machines in our company have been studied and designed by Tecnotubo Srl for our exclusive use, which is why our machines have no secrets for us.
We have an efficient in-house workshop that specializes in the maintenance and repair of every piece of machinery in our facility, allowing us ample time savings in the event of technical problems and always guaranteeing that our customers meet the established timelines.
Our state-of-the-art quality laboratory is dedicated to all stages of the production process, focusing on controls according to the latest European UNI EN ISO 9001 standards on dimensional suitability, moisture content, machinability and suitability for use.
We have a large area set aside for the storage of raw materials and packaging of the finished product; we then take great care to protect the product at the most delicate stages of handling and transportation in order to ensure its integrity and quality. We use only certified EPAL 80×120 – EPAL 80X120 ISPM15 fireproof pallets. Finally, a dedicated transporter for the exclusive use of Tecnotubo Srl will be in charge of transporting the finished product, both in Italy and abroad.
